All sponsors are asked to provide their logo and correct sponsor name by April 14.
Requirements for Food & Beverage Sponsorships
You provide your product and you may provide your own recipe or else IFEC will arrange for the hotel chef to create a dish for you. The hotel will bill you for preparation.
You may engage your own chef or culinary presenter for your food station. Each food station will consist of a back prep table (if needed by your presenter) and a front display table. Standard linens, serving ware and replenishment and busing service will be provided. The hotel may charge for rental of any equipment you request that is not stocked by the hotel.
Food sponsors provide their own table signs and decoration for their stations. Decoration is encouraged. Beverage sponsors provide table tents for the bar.
Details of your presentation must be provided by April 14; last day for changes is April 21.
Requirements for Gifts
Take-Home gifts should be non-perishable and compact enough for easy carrying.
Items for the event may include branded napkins, cocktail stirrers, coasters and similar.

A 60-year-old tradition
The IFEC spring cocktail party and IFEC, the association, both started with a group of editors and PR people meeting for drinks at The Drake Hotel during the 1956 NRA Show. They decided that frequent meetings would benefit them and the industry, and IFECers have gathered during the show, at an annual conference and other foodservice events ever since.
