Annual Reception at the NRA Show

IFEC's annual reception during the 2015 NRA Show in Chicago will be on Monday, May 18, from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.at The Dawson.

Come to meet fun, interesting people, engage in sparkling conversation and enjoy great food and drink. Sponsorships are available now!

Sponsorship Fees:
Food and Beverage presentations:    $750.
Event sponsorships (no products), Gold Spoon:  $500.  Silver Spoon:  $250.

Recognition for all sponsorships:
On the invitation (if you sign up by March 31st)
On event signs
In pre- and post-event publicity
On the IFEC website
In IFEC President's comments at the event
Digital images of your food and beverage products/station/bar setup/recognition on signs will be provided to you

Requirements for Food & Beverage sponsorships:

Food must arrive at The Dawson ready to serve. Prep, storage space and kitchen labor is extremely limited. Please ask us for quotes if you anticipate needing culinary assistance from The Dawson.

Each food station will consist of a back prep table and a front display table.  Standard linens, serving ware and busing service will be provided.

Alcoholic beverages must be mixed and served from the bar by Dawson bartenders. The sponsor must supply the product, a recipe if needed and may bring the alcohol in, if desired.

Rental charges will ensue for any equipment, serving pieces, glassware, etc., that The Dawson doesn't stock.

Food sponsors must provide table signs and are encouraged to provide decoration for their station. Beverage sponsors must provide table tents for placing on the bar and may small provide product displays.  These details must be provided by March 31st.
