To me, IFEC is the soul of the industry. If you want buzz, this is the hive. Before I joined IFEC, I may have been in the foodservice industry, but I wasn't really in the game. Instead of pitching stories into a void, I've really gotten to know the editors through this organization and now I know the people I'm contacting throughout the year. Through this one conference, my clients and I are able to line up a whole year of publicity for our products. IFEC is not only win/win, it's great fun.
